Job Description:

As a Project Manager Shore Power High Voltage / BESS at Techelec, you play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing shore power and BESS installations from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate shore power and BESS projects.

Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Conduct technical assessments and provide solution-oriented thinking.

Support the team in various tasks beyond the primary project management scope.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical or energy engineering sector.

Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and BESS.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.

Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-changing environment.

Hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute practically to project execution.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
